We are all human beings. As such, we are part of a big family: the human family. The pain of any human being will somehow affect the entire family.
Three marital bonds exist: Karmic, Dharmic and Cosmic. The first are of pain, misery, hunger, nakedness, disgrace. The second are of success, bliss, love, financial progress, etc. The third are only for the select, pure and holy souls and bring inexhaustible happiness.
The feeling that someone owes us something, the pain for the harm that others caused us, etc., stops the inner progress of the soul.
The pain does not bring perfection because the pain is from Satan. The Great Divine Reality is happiness, peace, abundance and perfection. The Great Reality can't create the pain. What is perfect can't create pain. What is perfect only conceives happiness.
The pain is the outcome of our bad deeds.
