We really just try not to think about the scrutiny and the pressure. We're just trying to make the show that we like, and we're working really hard at it.
When the people you've already worked with are very talented and you know what they can do, if you think of a character that happens to be perfect for them, then you make it happen.
Whenever any actor comes into a producer session, they have so many questions, and we still can't really tell them that much until they get the job. I feel badly for them. But, it's a fun show to work on. Once they're on, it's fun.
