The club continued to make significant player decisions without involving me. In the end such a breach of trust and confidence meant that I had no option but to leave.
I'm sure if the punishment fits the crime, or is more severe, you're going to start stamping out a lot of things that are going on in football.
I don't think it's that difficult to administer. I'm sure a sensible solution can be found.
