The moment you understand that there is an essence of purity in you, you will realize reality. The moment you realize reality you will have royalty, and then you don't have to say or do a thing. When your presence will work then you will emit wisdom.
The art of healing, the art of ecstasy, the art of God-consciousness has millions of names in mystic terms. It has to do with rhythm and reality. When the body is in rhythm, there is ease. When the body, or any part of the body goes out of rhythm, there is dis-ease.
The question is, "Are you spiritual or are you not?" The truth is you are. The reality is you don't believe it
If you do not love yourself to the depth of totality, you will never love love as a reality.
When you are far away from reality, your fantasy won't work.
When you experience your origin as a reality, you are happy. Be constant under all circumstances and relate to one thing - you are a part of Infinity and always lean on that power - then you'll never be unhappy.
Don't count your wrongs, count your blessings and you shall not fail. Any human who calls himself a creature of God and does not count, many times during the day, the blessings but only counts what he doesn't have is insulting to God and to himself; he is a living non-reality.
