Man's many desires are like the small metal coins he carries about in his pocket. The more he has the more they weight him down.

One should cultivate human values for healthy living. this calls for harmony in thought, word and deed. When you cultivate this harmony you will be free from desires and fears.
If the desires are cut off one by one, then there is peace. When the desires go one by one then there is die-mind. Then there is peace of mind.
