You have to design and program differently. Combat action in an MMO is so different to combat in a first-person shooter.
Tony, Stacy and Jay really looked at life completely different and that played into everything that they did, whether it was skating or with their friendships. And for the three of us, we had such a close relationship off screen, that it was so easy to have that on screen.
I want to explore different topics and present them in slightly different ways.
I don't know that I ever did see Star Wars as any different. I was certainly proud that I did it.
Old cranks have practiced all their lives, just as old saints have likewise practiced all their lives. They just practiced different life principles.
With the Road King amp, you're able to switch power tubes and speakers and do all these different things. And I didn't want to have five different heads in my rack. And there's something about, when you do the type of setup that I have, unless you have a dedicated amp to a dedicated speaker and you're actually switching, you have to use the same power section of the main head that you're using.
There's different levels of where we do well throughout Europe. Fortunately, for us, it's pretty great all throughout it.
When we make those guitars we make tons of prototypes, I have all those. And once a guitar has come out there's all different versions and colours and woods and I have all those. There's hundreds of them.
Different people can photograph the same things with the same tools and create such different images.
Looking and seeing are two different things.
If the culture you have is radically different from an 'experiment and take-risk' culture, then you have a big change you going to have to make - and no little gimmicks are going to do it for you.
I love having played Walter because I suppose any actor brings a certain aspect of their own personality to their work, and I had a fairly broad canvas to paint on with the different versions.
I loved playing Walternate because he was completely the same character, version 1985, and then it developed in such a different way, physically and mentally. So, to be able to play that, in the same television series, as playing the other ones was a fantastic gift for me.
It might be different for people that are A-list actors, but a lot of us really look at what's offered to us and look for something that has some traction with other people. But, it's not like I read 100 scripts a week, and then pick and choose. Maybe some actors do. I certainly don't do that.
I've played a bunch of different versions of Walter [from "Fringe"]... I loved it when he was being random, which was probably the original version of him, more than anyone else. I loved doing Walter then, and all of the different mental states that we've played.
I feel I grew up in a different century than I live in. I think most of them are changes for the good.
The benefit of an open town hall meeting is one that you get to hear a lot of different views, and two it has credibility.
...(W)e lose when by official policy or by official negligence we allow, confuse or encourage our soldiers to forget . . . that which is our greatest strength: that we are different and better than our enemies.
I thought I could do something different from any Conservative prime minister before me. But I couldn't.
I love conversation and the sharing of different thoughts and philosophies. That kind of stuff always makes me happy. I don't mind interviews, either - I like doing them.
People like me are aware of their so-called genius at ten, eight, nine.
Paul and I know each other on a lot of different levels that very few people know about.
From our earliest days in Liverpool, George and I on the one hand and Paul on the other had different musical tastes. Paul preferred 'pop type' music and we preferred what is now called 'underground'. This may have led to arguments, particularly between Paul and George, but the contrast in tastes, I'm sure, did more good than harm, musically speaking, and contributed to our success.
It's not quite the same as other kinds of performing, but I love animation. It is just a different kind of experience. The difference is that making a live action movie you are using your whole body.
There's so much music out there, and so many different styles that I've been influenced by, so each album reflects some of that knowledge or influence that I've had.
