Attributed in Scribner's Magazine, Nov. 1937. This is the earliest documented evidence for this quotation, and it appears unlikely to be authentic. Marjorie Brown King, the last survivor among the people at the 1915 screening, said that Wilson walked out of the room afterwards without comment. However, at least the first part of the quotation may have been associated with Wilson as early as February 1915.
