I think maintenance comes from a daily spiritual growth practice of some kind: prayer, meditation, affirmations. Something that keeps you in the consciousness of higher thoughts and energy. That's also how you make sure you don't do it again.

I think quite often we hold onto trauma because we don't process it.

Inside we are all Golden Buddha's, but we grew to believe we were made of clay. Our ego's false perceptions led us to grow into a belief system that covered our inner light. I would suggest that the next generation stop looking for happiness outside of themselves but instead turn inward.

First you have to witness that you are stressing out: Oh, my trigger is here. The news is stressing me out or This line is so long. Let yourself feel it. You don't want to spiritually bypass these problems. Give yourself a couple of minutes to sit in the feeling. Acceptance sets you free from the stress of expectation.

The issue is that if you hold onto the resentment against yourself, you're just going to recreate that destructive pattern in different forms because unconsciously it's still a belief system that limits you.

I believe in any kind of personal growth practice that can help you gather the tools that you can then apply to resentment, anger, pain, and rage in order to heal your past resentments toward yourself and others, and then deal with them in the moment so you don't carry them for a decade or more.

Happiness is your choice. You can choose today.

The more you retrain yourself to choose happiness over fear, the more blissful you will be.

At some point all lies are brought to the surface and truth comes forth no matter how hard we try to hide it.

Fear and stress - one creates the other.

Letting go of stress means that you can enjoy your life.

When energy speeds up there is no space for playing small, and nothing can remain hidden.
