Our country is being run by incompetent people.
I've always felt fine about Putin. I think he is a strong leader, he's a powerful leader, he's represented his country the way - the country is being represented.
The American Dream is freedom, prosperity, peace-and liberty and justice for all. That's a big dream. It's not always easy to achieve, but that's the ideal. More than any country in history we've made gains toward a democracy that is enviable throughout the world. Dreams require perseverance if they are to be realized, and fortunately we're a hard-working country and people. We are the luckiest people in history, just by the fact that we are Americans.
To those African-Americans suffering in our country, I say, what do you have to lose? Vote for Trump, I'm going to fix it.
I think NATO is obsolete. NATO was done at a time you had the Soviet Union, which was obviously larger - much larger than Russia is today. I'm not saying Russia is not a threat. But we have other threats. We have the threat of terrorism. And NATO doesn't discuss terrorism. NATO's not meant for terrorism. NATO doesn't have the right countries in it for terrorism.
There are at least 23 countries that refuse to take their people back after they've been ordered to leave the United States. Including large numbers of violent criminals, they won't take them back. So we say, OK, we'll keep them. Not going to happen with me, not going to happen with me.
I think Trump has had a very strong and disturbing effect on the country already. He has given more legitimacy to white supremacy and even to neo-fascist groups, and he's created a pervasive atmosphere that's more vague but still significant. I don't believe that he can in his own way destroy the country, just as he can't eliminate climate awareness, but he can go a long way in bringing - well, in stimulating what has always been a potential.
When you have your staff taking the Fifth Amendment, taking the Fifth so they're not prosecuted, when you have the man that set up the illegal server taking the Fifth, I think it's disgraceful. And believe me, this country thinks it's - really thinks it's disgraceful, also.
I think loyalty to the country, loyalty to the United States is important. I mean it depends on how you define loyalty.

[Immigrants ] are going back where they came. If they came from a certain country, they are going to be brought back to their country. That's the way it's supposed to be.

We will end the politics of profit. We will end the rule of special interests. We will end the raiding of our jobs by other countries. We will end the total disenfranchisement of the American voter and the American worker.
Barack Obama has been stronger on the Ukraine than all the other countries put together, and those other countries right next door to the Ukraine. I don't think we're treated fair.We're constantly, you know, sending our ships, sending our planes, doing our war games, doing other. We're reimbursed a fraction of what this is all costing.
We don't have good leadership. We don't have the right people. Everything's politically correct. We have a country that's lost its way. It's going to change.
And there certainly can be a softening because we're not looking to hurt people. We want people -- we have some great people in this country, and we have some great, great people in this country, so, but we're going to follow the laws of this country.
We need strength, we need energy, we need quickness and we need brain in this country to turn it around.
There's nothing crazy about not letting our companies bring their money back into their country.
Mexico is not going to build it [a wall], we're going to build it. And it's going to be a serious wall. It's not going to be a toy wall like we have right now where cars and trucks drive over it loaded up with drugs and they sell the drugs in our country and then they go back and, you know, we get the drugs, they get the cash, okay, and that's not going to happen.
I am really rich. All of my life I have heard a truly successful, and even a modestly successful person, cannot run for public office - just can't happen. Yet that's the kind of mindset you need to make this country great again.
I love what I'm doing. But I love the USA more. And I can straighten it out. And I can truly make this country great again and nobody else can do what I do.
I also talk about building a wall and oftentimes I'll say, and there's going to be a big beautiful door in that wall and people are going to come into our country because we want people to come in. We want people to come into our country, but we want them to come in legally.

I'm not going to name their names because I'm not going to embarrass, but virtually every person that you read about on the front page of the business sections, they've used the law.The difference is, when somebody else uses those laws, nobody writes about it. When I use it, they say, "Trump, Trump, Trump."
