It's always astounded me to have succeeded at having kids. It's crazy!
I always had to rely on humor and sarcasm. And when I started having kids, that doesn't work with kids. Kids don't understand sarcasm, and they certainly don't understand my humor.
Having kids is something you can't always do. Kids are like lightning. You grab that lightning when you can get it.
It's much easier to make jokes about not having kids.
Having kids is the most innately positive thing that anyone can do.
